Yes I hear your knock, that sounds similar to what the LL#8 was supposed to fix, My truck did that same knock until the injector was replaced.

wonder if you have another injector starting to go bad. Might explain the smoke.

my fuel milage has been cut almost in half.i used to use 1/8 tank to get to my shop now im using a 1/4 
it passes the buzz and cct everytime.ive run these test about 30 times since i got it running again.i just dont want to cal and be a pain in beans ass if i dont have too.

I'd call Bean. My had an intermittant knock like that when the poppet screw was loose, but I had a rough idle too and loss of low end power. Since yours started this after the injector problem I'd say that is a good place to start. Maybe Bean has a loaner injector you could swap in and test.
