I'm about to replace belt tensioner. and belt on my 6.0. looks to be a real PITA. Does anyone have any suggestions ? Looks like an all day project just to get the plastic out of the way!

its my understanding that this isnt too bad a job (at least to
change the belt)...but the van schroud needs to be cut...there
are apparently cut lines on the shroud (at the top) and theres
even pilot/screw points molded in the plastic (where you screw
it back together, when youre done)

will be doing my belt this week sometime...looked it up and it calls for 2.5 hours, so we will see....i`ll let you know how it goes....
