they seem to work ok.they just bump the line pressure up and can exstend the tcc lockup.its like a external shift kit.

you can get the same impact from a chip most chip programmers bump up the line pressures. Banks simply choose to do it separately, and as a result if you choose to go with a programmer or chip you will need to remove the transcommand as they do not play well with other power adders

i got it installed today, seemed to firm up the shifts some, i only put it in cuz it came in a parts truck i bought

ahh well if it was essentially free then that's the best kind of mod and since you already have a banks chip they will work well together.

I have installed one before, all it really does is lock up the converter at or above 1600 rpm, when your foot is NOT in the throttle. It is intended to be used in conjunction with an exhaust brake.
