Stephen, the Ford drop in bed liner didn't interfere with my Extang tonneau cover, but I did have to remove the bedliner when I installed the fifth wheel hitch. If you can use a Ford bed liner for a short bed, there is one in Crestview, Florida that is yours for the taking. I'd rather someone on this board have it for nothing than try to sell it.

I've been having to liquidate a lot of things lately...including the house I owned for 14 years. Long story, but I'll be fine.

I'm disgusted with everyone wanting top dollar for their stuff, but trying to lowball a person when THEY try to sell. If you want it, I will hold it for you or your driver if he comes down this way.

PM me

Regards,

Richard

bama-

i am w/ tbar on this one...put in some new bolts and get a spray-in liner.

i am not sure what style 5th you had - is it just a few bolt holes? or worse? and same for your tool box holes...

chrome away then spray away

I think Tbar has the least expensive idea on this one.

I have about 12 holes to cover up that kept the 5th wheel locked down, plus I used some bed liner scrwes to keep the bed liner down during the summer months so it wouldn't curl up and get in the way. For those screw holes, I could just fill in with the welder and grind smooth.

Thanks for all the suggestions, more to come as the Xtreme bed make-over continues.

My 06 had a 5th wheel plate in it before I bought it and it was previously Rhino-lined so the holes are there. I figger they are just extra bed drains now. You cant hardly see the holes and they dont bother me.... Just my two cents on fixing your problem for free Stephen. ;)

I have decided to have it lined and fill the holes using the Tbar MOD (carriage bolts to plug the holes) :sweet. Is there a diff. between Rhino & Line X???

The closest dealer for both is in Huntsville, AL (that I know of)
There is an "off-brand" dealer within 2 miles from my house, but
I don't know much about them. Are all spray liners created equally?

Any thoughts?
