nice post bama and i'm liking that MXT its in this month's diesel power magazine. i mean it comes stock with 40 inch tires whats not to love about that.

probably the PRICE...the MDT haulers are easily 90k and up...
Personally Id rather have the EXTRA margin of safety, in torque,
brakes & towing capacity of a class 7 or 8.

I dont wanna be NEAR the limits (or over) my towing capacity, id
rather spend the money, for a used class 7 conversion and know i
had extra capacity....god knows the mpg isnt any worse...and i
gain some xtra comfort.

well maintained used (fleet) class 7 & 8's can be had for under 50k
easily.
