Sounds like it's time for atransfer case swap, I too,seem to find the obsolete stuff out there, and I know what it's like to not be able to find repalcement parts. check into the idea of trading it out for the more popular transfer case, lot's of times you can simply unbolt the old case,and install the new case. Might need both drivelines as well, keep that in mind. Might cost as much as the machine shop, but next time you'll be ahead of the game when you need parts. jmo
