Help Needed auto trany shuttering

i have a 03 f-350 6.0 srw with auto trans its starting to shutter in overdrive anyone have anything like this happen to there auto ? please help
it has a 118000 on it

last fluid change?
filter change?
proper fluid at change?
the torque shift is a strong tranny provided its taken care of.

i just bought the truck so i have no idea on fluid change i do have an sct x3 and 4'' turbo back i will get an appointment for a fluid flush at the dealer

the shuttering was the engine missing #7 injector toast.can you say $$$$$$$

Make sure you keep the fuel filters changed regular, 15,000 miles or less.
The 6.0 has a problem with low fuel pressure. The injectors cant stand it.

Changed the filters they were very very dirty dark brown yuck seems to be running a lot better thought
