Fuel nozzel not shutting off!

If you really want to piss them off call the Texas Ag Dept.
That is a no no in Texas, and I think that it is a Federal reg.
The auto shut off on the pump MUST work. They can put all the signs they want up, but that don't cut it! They have to fix it or take the pump out of service.

For some reason the Dept. of Agriculture handles this in Texas. They also check the pumps to see if they are putting out the correct amount.

Just adding to the wealth of knoledge.

in texas, no matter what the price per gallon is...they check
the pumps to make SURE you can stop on the penny, or increment
the pump by ONE PENNY

I don't think your going to far...you gotta stand for something. Besides if she wasn't nasty about it, you wouldn't have a bur under your saddle, right? It all comes down to good or bad customer service.

sic the epa on them. once they start to explain the fuel runoff into the ground and/or stormdrain, $$$$$$$

word the complaint right, maybe the attendant will get personally held responsible as well, she could have tagged the pump and stopped the spill

they may find it would have been cheaper to give you free fuel for life when they are done......
