Ok update everybody! Cleared codes this morning and drove around for a while.(30-40 mins) The only code that came back was p0541 which is IAH delete. No big deal. Ive been reading post after post and came across a couple talking about Rotella and getting some tiny bubbles on the dipstick. I checked mine and I had little bubbles on the stick! Ive always wanted to try Amsoil out and that made me do it today! Truck seems to run ALOT quieter and smoother.
I ran around for another 30 minutes and ran the usual tests when I got home.

DTC ran and these showed up.

C1284 oil pressure switch failure (this is a gauge issue not a running issue from what I googled)
B1352 Ing key circuit failure(something to do with the annoying door/key chime)
U1950 UBP comm fault error (not real sure about this one)

Buzz Test successful
Cylinder Contr. P0541 (no big deal)
KOER P0541 (no big deal)
KOEO P0605 (Ive had this a hundred times)

Everything seems ok except im not sure about U1950.
Any help is greatly appreciated!

The Comm Failure is not being able to communicate with the vehicle (scanner). You have a fault in your cable or your OBDII port.

I found this while googling. It is a ford explorer manual, if you scoll down it says that u1950 is a instrument panel DTC. If thats the case than it is a code to go along with the oil pressure switch failure right? It seems to be an instrument panel code that is important to have but the truck will run fine without it I hope.

YES you are right. I got it wrong. It is an instrument code, that is what the U stands for.
