Wish I could help but Have not used it in years. If it's a Ford take the
Vin number to a Ford dealer and ask the shop forman to run a
OASIS Report for you. Most will pull it up and give you a print out
of it not charge you for it. Good Luck

second the vin to a reputable ford place and have them pull a history
