Anyone use a power jack for their trailer?

Anyone use a power jack for their trailer? I’m looking to get one and was hoping to get some input. I’m looking at the Atwood deluxe ,it lifts 2500 lbs. and has a night light. Also the Ultra 3502 Power Tongue Jack(also has a night light). My trailer hitch weight is only 970 lbs but I don’t want to sell myself short. Anyone have either one of these and how do you like them. IF you go to Oilburners look up member argve. He has a power jack on a 31' TT and I've seen him lift the front of his trailer and the rear tires of his Dodge about a foot off the ground. He may be able to give you more info. I was impressed by the amount of power his jack had.

Ultra Fab 3502 here. Love it. It makes pre-loading my weight dist. hitch a breeze and the lights are great. I had to make a wider foot for it but the unit itself is perfect.

I got mine off ebay for about $170.00 W/shipping.
