the only way to have that big a drop is to use apintle plate shank and a drop. I sell them all the time since I am in the RV part business. You can pm me for part numbers etc. After you get the part numbers I would suggest that you get them locally since they are heavy and freight would be expensive. Ask your RV part person for STAG #'s
94-5749 and 92-9008. all are rated for 12k.

Forgot to add that the drop is 16" so you net about 11 - 12 inches of drop.
