Anybody familiar with SP programmer?

A dude has one for sale but I can't find any information on it before I make a purchase. It plugs (I guess) directly into the OBDII port or the PCM It mounts permanently in the cab and shifts on the fly with 10 adjustable settings. I've googled around with no luck

I believe this is their website. I have never bought from them, but have been looking at the exhaust brake for awhile. Plus, they are somewhat close to me.
