I have a '93 balljoint D60 for my '97 F-250 and wondering if my TTB knuckles would interchange. The reason for this is the brake calipers. Thanks

Not sure about the knuckles, but the calipers are reasonably cheap and super easy to change. My vote is just get new loaded calipers for the 60,and start your conversion on the right foot. Way to go on the conversion by the way, that TTB is junk in my opinion.

I had a TTB in one of my trucks and I don't remember anything unusual about the knuckles. Go for it. I think they are the same.

I like the style calipers on the '97 TTB better than the '93 D-60. Sorry,I should have pointed that out from the start. Thanks

One thing to check to help you know could be to check part numbers on the balljoints on both axle assemblies. I wanna say that the 60 has different bj's because they don't have the caster/camber bushings the ttb's have. The knuckles have a much larger bj recess in the knuckle for this purpose, I believe. Can't remember the 60's exact knuckle configureation offhand, i'm just going off of memory alone, so check it out. Just something that comes to mind. :dizzy

That's part of my problem as well, all the brake jobs become brain spaghetti after a while. And as you can see, the balljoints do as well. Cant remember much at all till I see it firsthand, then it all comes rushing back. Good luck.
