Help Needed Antifreeze leak on 2005 f250 crew cab LB

Have slow antifreeze leak. Checked all lines accept for the ones that go under and up into moter there is a steel cross member in the way cant see anything

Is it actually "leaking" antifreeze (you can see a drip), or is it "using" antifreeze (just disappearing with no visible leaking)?
