Hey, ya'll!
I'm about to buy my first Super Duty here in a few weeks. My husband's company uses them for work trucks, and they're selling us their lone diesel. It's a 2000 F-250 7.3L Supercab Longbed. It's not real fancy, but I've been in love with it since he first drove it home 7 years ago. I never figured they'd sell it, but the bossman asked if we'd be interested and I jumped at the chance.
It's currently in the shop having the balljoints and shocks replaced, but once we settle on a price, I expect to have her home before Halloween.
Some details: It's white, no frills. About the only luxury it has is a/c, but I don't mind. She's got 200,000 miles on her and comes with all service records. Since it's a plumbing/electrical business, the truck's never seen any really heavy loads and hasn't been beat on too much. The CPS has been replaced at least twice, so we're already well aware of that perk of ownership.
In the meantime, I'm driving my trusty little '96 Ranger.
Anyway, I love the site. It's been a huge help already and I can't wait to get my truck home and become an official owner. Thanks.
