Big Stroker
I've been drooling over that truck since I first saw the cover shot.
The inspiration of our build was the famed ford cobra,so finding a suitable partner was not too hard.We are considering producing the grille if there is enough interest, the mold for the front facia is done, the hood scoop and fender scooops are done as well,As far as other bit's,that would include side pipes(functional) and clear cab lights are in the works. We were looking to build tool boxes into the bed interior, however we just did'nt have the time!8 weeks and three guys just doesn't go that far.The wheels are 24.5" Alcoa big rig wheels cut down to 24".We are currently working on 8 lug 24" wheels so no adapter will be necessary!Which transnslates into less $.Lowering consist's of DJM dream beams and an in house flip kit.wow thats good luck to have found a car thats
painted the same as your truck.
any thoughts on manufacturing the grill ?
what other bits did you have to make
(vs. off the shelf).
I like the finished look (bent sheet alum.) of the bed...are you
hiding anything under the alum. sheets ? fuel tank ? tool box ?
are the alum. cover/sheets removable ? hinged for access ?
what size tires/wheels? whose drop spindles did you use ?
and clear cab lights are in the works.
