Well thursday I left for GA at 1 am got about 2 hours for tampa truck started to over heat. I got it to a gas station and ended up with about 5 gal coolant that had gone MIA from the truck. Sat there and BS with some local cops for about an hour. She started back up and filled it up with more water and put the cap on but left it loose to help with the psi on the cap and drove to every rest area up I-75 and would top it off. I got to Macon GA on the north side of macon theres a long pull up a hill about a mile or so. Well the truck did not like that at all. I had to sit for any hour to cool it back down. I topped it off and when on to Bills. I got there around 10:30 or so. Bill was not happy about the truck being there again, for the fourth time. He's doing another HG on it. This is the new motor that was put in in aug. that has ARP studs and the EGR delete. I can not figer out whats going on here. Anyway I jumped in the jeep and headed home with plans to get a hotel. The trucker in me stepped in and took over. Next thing I'm back in tampa. That was the longest 970 mile, I have driven in less then 19 hours in a long time. I was home at 8:30 pm and slap worn out. I get to do this again next friday to go get it.
