I mounted my 2 amps, satellite receiver,GPS, and my radio control box under the seat. 3 JL subs behind the seat with my capacitor. The rear seat is raised up and foreword 1 inch. I am thinking of moving it another inch up just for a little more air space around the components.

depends on the year...in 04 they did some tray system
which cost us HEAVILY in the area behind and under the
rear seat.

the 99-03 trucks have more room under & behind the rear
seats (crewcabs)

theres better installs than mine...

im running THREE pairs of 6.5inch seps (front doors, rear doors & rear
factory location)...eventually when the wife isnt lookin' ;) im gonna
upgrade my old fosgate 300w sub amp to a JL slash 500w mono
and i want to add a 4th pair of seps. using some q-forms @ the front
kick panels.

check my links...itll give you some ideas to get you started and
certainly give you some thoughts on how to do things better...

I put my amp under right side of rear seat and built a box that is part of the back wall. theres not a lot of room for anything bigger than a 10" sub. My wiring runs along the wiring harness on right side foot panels. you need to put lots of dynomat on back wall for rattles. I use the stock speakers for the mids and have added tweeters at the top of my pillars by windshield. it has a very clean sound and is pretty loud also. I run a 1000 watt alpine amp to a 10" alpine sub and eclipse tweeters. I can take pictures to show what i have done if interested. P.S. My truck looks very close to yours. same colors and resembling wheels.:sweet
