My new winch bumper finally showed up and here are some install pics

Can you believe they charged me $75 for that skid?

The bumper came with impossible to get at bolts

Fixed that by cutting a access hole. The hole will be covered by a plate

The bumper is mounted. The bumper sides went way too far back for my liking. Because i went with a 6" lift and 38's, i needed to trim the stock bumper to get enough clearance and i also needed to cut this one. Bushwacker cut out flares are in the plans soon, so we decided to trim the bumper back to approximately where the flares would line up

Here's how much we decided to trim off

Looks awesome. Sure you shouldn't have any problems with people cutting in front of you now.

Get it LINE-X'd (with LINE-X Xtra) so you won't get any rock chips.

The bumper looks sweet. I would say that nobodys going to cut you off. I can't help but notice the presents of a dodge product on the superduty forum in the latest post. Maybe someone should have zoomed in on the bumper a little more. yuc!!!
