Air Ride Seat??

a representative from the company that bill gave the link too, just called me.

he told me that the factory seats will not bolt upto their pedastels.

he said he has seen guys do it, but the seats sit way too high.

So that just means we gotta buy some new seats, too



edit: I guess I'd need to redo the seat belts too, as mine are attached to the top of the seats... -mad

this is one MOD i am stayin away from. your lookin at over a GRAND a seat.

Below is information on the air seat options for the 99 and newer Ford Superduty trucks. These bases are made to be used along with National seats. Using non-National products will require fabrication/modification. Most customers that use non-National seats along with the bases encounter a height and/or valve issue. If you have integrated seat-belts, you would need to contact your ford dealer to have the seat-belt assembly changed to one that connects to the pillar or into the ceiling of the cab.

For a complete set up, you would need a seat, air base, and compressor (only one needed for two seats, if there not an air source on-board). You can also add inner armrests to either the driver or passenger side seats. The seats below can also be used with a static base for 99.41.

whats the point of sayin its for a ford if it wont fit a ford seat. I say we sue em for false advertisement and get free seats for us all

Most of the seating in my Internationals were Bostroms or Nationals but they did ride high as you were in a full vertical posture.The air ride did soften up plenty(lower) for the low rider look.

I'm 6' and would be the judge if the stock bucket seat would be "too high"

All I need is just the rack and compressor kits.
