You would be amazed how many times I have changed an air filter that was 20+ years old, usually on tractors
I can't imagine a 20 year old filter. I'm surprised that it was even still in one piece.

Just deleted the porn spam that showed up in this thread.
I know they will last a long time. I have not replaced mine since I bought the truck... not sure if the PO did. Probally, they have records of all the services. But if it has not been changed, it had 107,000 miles on it, if it has, it has on 50,000 on it. I know it is the "correct" one since it is a blue donaldson powercore filter.
