OK, so I'm a dope

How do you know when it's time to replace the air filter? I have no idea how to read that blasted plunger in a sight gauge... :dunno

itll DRAW a vac. on the gauge (youll see it turn YELLOW) and
when the filter is ready for changing it will illuminate a light on the
dash

Ahhhh HA. A light on the dash. Excellent. I knew about the "test" I can run on the dash monitor, but this makes it even easier.

Thanks!

You'll need to change the filter way before the filter minder turns yellow, and way before the light illuminates. It's just there as a last resort. IE if you were running in dirt fields all day and the filter got COMPLETELY plugged the light would go off.
