I went for a trip with my 5th wheel in tow and after I arrived, while showing my truck engine bay to a friend, I he noticed a crack about 1 in long on the aftercooler inlet coupling. I went to the dealer for a replacement one and he sold me one for can$79.00, that is whitout the clamps. Ouch, That coupling is so flimsy, anyone had experience with this coupling replacement. I read somewhere that the inside should be sticky, so not to slip. The one I got is surely not sticky.

Mine was $49.00 at local dealer .
Make sure you clean the surface with brake clean . They can have alot of oil built up inside but don't know about sticky. :dunno
