16 is the worst... they have all kinds of thier own ads... Plus they put ads on about 11,12,and 13....

20 and 22 are also bad.....

That'll be all of their "promos" for other XM channels/programs it's pretty much the norm for channels on both XM and Sirius.

The Top 20 and Hits channels will get a good amount of promo rotation as well.

I've found the DJ on 16 to yack abit too much to my taste :argh

I hang around 7,8,10,30,40,41,42 and 46 to which there isn't a whole lot of promo/talk activity
