Do you have to delete the fuel bowl to install the Adrenaline HPOP? I don't want to if I don't have to...

Not for a Superduty. Call Bob at Dieselsite, he'll be able to tell you if there are any issues with an OBS, but I don't think there will be. The Adrenaline HPOP externally looks the same as a stock pump.

It is the same housing as a stock pump. No fuel bowl delete needed on any truck.
