Adding a ATS turbo housing.. what about a rebuild kit?

It's got the wicked wheel, I just sent that and the rest of the stuff to Ron's for a balance (hopefully the turbine wheel is salvageable after my severe brain fart).

What is the EBPV delete I hear people talk about? I figure while I'm in there I just as well take care of any other mods that might help me out.???:dunno

The EBPV delete is cool. I did it on mine. (D66 from Bean) The only down side about it is if you ever plan on doing an exhaust break. Other than that. It just provides a very non-obstructed exhaust.

Sorry. Exhaust Back Pressure Valve. Between the turbo and your down pipe. It's Actually a part of the turbo assembly. It's a butterfly on a shaft, that closes to help warm ups. Other than that it only gets in the way of exhaust gasses. IMO it isn't needed. I live very close to Lake Tahoe and have been w/o mine for almost a year and am very happy w/o it.
