I had me ACL replaced in 95. I usd a cadaver graft. It was all orthoscopic. I had a brace on for 2 weeks, and used crutches, then a lock hinge brace, no crutches. In the 3rd week I had a Donjoy brace. I'll tell you going to first week of college with crutches isn't fun. Keith

Surgery's done and it went well. I was out that afternoon. I can't believe how fast that gas worked. I was out in seconds and I was waking up before I knew it. Sleeping with this giant f...ing brace on was a pain in the *****. At least I got some good pills.

Glad it all worked out for you. I had surgery on my hand and when I awoke the next day, I rolled over and my arm slugged me in the face; it was still numb. Get well quickly!!

damn surgery! I went to a waterpark today with the girlfriend and I couldn't swim because the bandage is still on. The water looked great, especially when it was 90 degs out. At least I got to enjoy the scenery in bikinis.

Another thing, I saw my brother driving my truck yesterday (we swapped cars because of the surgery) and it just kills me to not be driving her. It was nice to get an outside perspective of my baby thundering down the highway.

I am not a doctor, but your knee looks good to me. A little bit of swelling that I can see, but it looks good!!! Get running!
