A little help please.

I need to install new Injector O-Rings and a Cam positioning sensor. I am an Auto Tech. but have never worked on a 7.3 so can anybody tell me the easiest way to do this, I need to knock both out in a weekend.

Here is an extemely detailed article on a 7.3L injector teardown which you dont need for the O-rings. CLICK.

You can do the injectors in an easy day if you have average capabilities, the CPS is a 10 minute job. Good luck and ask if you have anymore questions.

I described how I went about removing and replacing my injectors in this PREVIOUS POST. Doing O-rings instead of injectors, isn't that much different except you're just putting the old injectors back in. The only thing I can add to what I desciribe in my previous post is to make sure you slob the injectors up real good with oil or STP when putting them back in. I used a big rubber mallet to tap the injectors in until they were seated.
