99 SD door panel replacement

Early 99 (10/13/98) 7.3L 4x4 SD Crew Cab
I need to replace both interior front door panels.. they are intact and good physical condition other than quite noticeable discolorization. This is a very nice truck, my everyday ride and I have cared and baby'd to the max.
I'll throw some 0?'s and open to suggestions. Can they be painted and not peel?
What years door panel will fit this truck? or Does anyone make quality aftermarkets?

Not sure about early 99, but everything up to 2010 and maybe
more should fit.

The panels are the same from '99 to '07 I think. At least they look the same to me. '08 and up are a different style but might install the same way?
