99 ps instrument cluster help please!

my 99 F-350 spazzes out everytime i hit a bump, and not just big ones.. the speedo drops down and sometimes doesnt come back up till i hit another bump, and the watertemp, and low fuel lights flash on and off, and lastly my fuel gauge will go up and down and its hard to tell how much i have.. any help greatly appreciated

I Had This on my 97 ford & it turned out to be a break in the wire on the vehicle speed sensor just behind the rear axle

For what it's worth, my 99's instrument cluster has been acting up as well. The lights on the left side are on sometimes, and off others. And my 4 x 4 light and Low Range light come on every now and then. Yes, it is a 2wd so I have no idea.

this weekend i took my dash apart, pulled the cluster out and cleaned all the connections, and noticed that the speedo connection was almost out of the socket so i put that goo made for electrical connections on and put it back together. i took it for a test drive and even hit a couple of bump it worked fine, till this morrning when i was driving down one of the worst roads in jersey for pot holes, but i was taking it very easy and it started happening again. think the cables coming out again? if so any sugestions on how to keep it from comming out again?? thanks.

5 minute epoxy on the connector, just don,t plan on removing it anytime soon

or take a few turns around the connector with some electrical tape to help hold it together, i trust the locking clips are broken

also check the grounds up around the dash harnesses, there is about 20 of em in and around the IP and the lower dash. back em all off a bit and retighten to re-establish a good ground.
