97 psd ...cranks..wont start

No WTS light,bulb good,works when grounded
Checked and jumped glow plug relay
#22 Fuse, ok and changed
Tried with ICP disconected
New fuel filter,has fuel pressure
Tach at aprox 200 rpm when cranking
No smoke at tail pipe
No chip or mods.


Any Ideas what to check next????
should fuel bowl fill up with key on(elec pump?), fills while cranking only..
Any help would be great...Thanks in advance

Batteries good(also jumped off my 6.0 service truck)
Have my spare Cam sensor,may try tomorrow in the light, Tach does show rpm though....

No WTS light usually means the pcm has no power. Double check all fuses.

As far as the fuel bowl, ya have a mechanical fuel pump so it'll only pump when cranking or running.

All fuses good, also noticed WTS light comes on for a split second.

Is the CEL on kind of dim?....Are you sure of #22 & #9 fuses?....

sounds like computer or glow plug issue or both hope you get it figured out

All fuses good...triple checked...lol
No welding on it at all.
ok....wts light...comes on very dim for a split second,CES comes on bright but for a couple seconds.
When i jump GPR does arc..so glow plugs seem to be drawing current.
I parked the truck 3 days ago, all seemed normal....
I've been checking connections...no corrsion...that i have found..
