No white smoke means no fuel getting in, is your HPOP full of oil? Check that #22 fuse again also. Know anybody local with a spare IDM?

Well it was the CPS!! I had unplugged the wiring harness at the fuel filter to do some ohm testing and had forgotten to plug it back in. OOPS!!!!!
Runs great.

Just get on Ebay and search for "CPS", "Ford cam sensor" etc--they should show up.
