Help Needed 911 stranded in a parking lot trying to avoid calling a tow truck

We are stranded in a lumber yard parking lot in my dads 02 7.3 trying to get back to the job. suddenly the gauge cluster went dead and the accelerator will not work in drive. It will in reverse. We checked fuses and all the basics. We just wanna get back on the road and limp this thing to a shop. It's clearly electrical. Please help ASAP If possible! Thanks guys

Just did some quick google research and it's looking like it's the tps an we need a new pedal. Re checked all the fuses. is there anything else it could be to avoid a tow?

FWIW... give the Batt Posts & Clamps a good Scrapeing (pocket knife ?)

Weak batteries, bad alternator, bad grounds create weird electrical problems like you describe.
