What do we need her for. Who is she anyway? I will be bringing my own girlfriend of 38 years. LOL Still looking forward to being there.

Congrats on your 38 year courtship.

Heather is a professional promo model we brought in this year. You do not have to have her pose infront of your truck if you don't want. This is just something we thought would be fun to try for this go around. She will be wearing the same outfit you see in her photo. So no bikinis or anything that is inappropriate.

Friday, May 18th:

5:00-6:00PM: Dinner
6:30PM : Sonic Run

"Smoke Up The Town"
We will cruise to Sonic for Dessert.

By supporting our troops we will decorate the trucks in red, white, and blue.
So bring your U.S. and Texas Flags to show your support.


Saturday, May 19th:

All Day: Bounce house for the kids
All Day: Vendor Displays and Installs

Breakfast: YOYO
Lunch: YOYO

1:00PM-5:00PM: Promo Model Onsite To Take Pictures and Sign Autographs
2:00PM: Numbers Issued for Show and Shine
3:00PM: Judging for Show and Shine
3:30PM: Group Picture
5:30PM: Dinner - BBQ and Crawfish Boil (B.Y.O.D. - Bring Your Own Drink)
6:30PM: Show and Shine Awards and Raffle


Sunday,May 20nd:

All Day: Bounce House for the kids
All Day: Vendor Displays

9:00AM: Cowboy Breakfast
Lunch: YOYO

Rest of the Day:
Hang out with everyone and say your goodbyes untill next year.

The marketing firm for International Engine confirmed today that they are sending down a camera crew for the rally. They will be on-site Saturday May 19th to shoot footage, ask questions, and see what goes on at our event.

Our early registration numbers are looking good, but we want to make this event great.

Also, the following sponsors will have a booth on location Saturday:
Cyclone Diesel
4Wheel Customz
Muscle Trucks
Stafford Financial & Insurance Services
AMSoil
DB Fuel

.....and if at all possible the Bully Dog truck will be there.

This is great news and exposure for our club, we hope to have a great turn out and lots of fun.
