When In Doubt,THROTTLE ON
Still haveing starting problems when truck has been warmed up and driven then shut off a couple off times then it dosn't start. had it into dealer a few times and it won't do it for them. It has been doing it more often now so the dealer said unless it shows a code or will do it for them when they have a scan tool hooked to it they can't throw any parts at it to try to fix it. Well I got a number for Ford custumer care to see if they had some clue how to fix it. Talked to a very nice lady who gave me the warranty to ease my worrys about being stranded with a dead truck. I know it doesn't fix the problem but it makes me feel better about their concern. I have always owned Fords and allready have the extended warranty on our five-hundred. Its gotten to be a joke around work and people we go racing with about me never shutting my truck off if I plan on going somewhere again soon.
