7.3 ex don't start replaced cps no help

title says it all wife went to start her ex. and it won't start. checked fuel shut off sw. replaced cps with a brand new one. so what do I look at next? bone stock ex. by the way.

Any Codes? Did you check fuel pressure? Hows your batterys?

is it cranking? if it aint cranking you either have a bad starter or low batt.... if its cranking but aint starting i would then move one to the fuel delivery system... esp if the cps has been replaced... maybe throttle pedal?
