6 speed going south

My 6 speed in my '99 F350 is going out, it need syncros and bearings. Anyone know of a REASONABLE rebuild shop in the Dallas area or a place to get the parts at a reasonable price. Ford wants $1,000.00 for the syncros and bearings.
