Hey all, I have an 06 f-350 with the 6.0 litre and automatic. I am having issues with the truck at low temps. The engine runs great warm, but even after sitting in my driveway for 20 minutes idling in the morning, the truck will not shift out of second gear. It doesnt matter how light i am on the pedal, the truck hits second gear, and will not shift. The engine hits the shift point, and it blows blue smoke out. The truck will shift after you let off the throttle, but until then it will hold second and blow blue smoke for ever. Any ideas what this may be? The dealer is helpless on this one.
