6.0 will not start cold

Until you are able to intall a block heater many of the people in Utah use the 500 watt flood lights from home depot or one of the hardware stores and they put them under their truck overnight. It must work because I have seen them use everything from those type of lights to drop lights on many Fords, Dodges, Chevy and so on!!

All of the trucks from 2004 and before have factory cords installed. After 2004, they are only installed in the colder climates.

My 2004 has one> And living in Canada you need it.Without it plugged in( when its freezing) it sounds harse when you first first her.
