Question 6.0 Drivetrain Warranty??

Thinking about buying a 2007 F-250 6.0 liter and I was reading the literature and its say that the drivetrain is 6years/60,000 miles instead of 100,000 miles . Why has Ford reduced its warranty?

It may have something to do with Ford losing more money on warranty work, law suits and buybacks on the 6.0 than anything that has rolled off their line since Henry's Model A. Just a guess!
