Question 2013 f250 suspension

Hello, I am a new member and am looking for some advice. I just traded my 2008 f350 6.4 for a 2013 f250 platinum 6.7. My 08 sat 3 inches higher in the back than my 13 does, I am concerned the back is going to settle too much when I hook up my fifth wheel camper. Any suggestions on what I could due to get the truck to sit a little higher in the back, on not settle so much under load?

Hello Roble1 and Welcome to SDD.com. If your truck sets to low in the back with your fifth-wheel, I would get a set of air bags for the back.
There's a lot of us who pull fifth-wheels and some have gone to the bags.

How much lower is the front? It could be the whole truck sits lower. Hook it up and see how level it sits and how it handles the weight and ride. Might be ok

the front sits fine, the rear is 2-3 inches lower, I looked at some new ones at the local ford dealer, the only difference between the rear suspension on a 350 compared to a 250 is the 350 blocks are 4 inches thick instead of 2 inches like on my 250. I think that is probably what I will do is get thicker blocks under the rear leaves.

I ended up putting the thicker blocks in and putting a set of super springs in. The rear of the truck is touch a touch too high now for my taste, but it rides great with my fifth wheel hooked up . If I had to do it again I would have just done the springs and left the blocks, because they raised the truck a couple of inches on there own.

You have any pics of the setup when you are towing the 5th wheel? Love seeing that stuff!
