I have a 2011 with 376,000 km (233,000 miles) on it and it's good but not great. I'm told I have some valve body issues showing up in some slopping shifting between 3rd and 4th when running empty. Works great under load, so I have to think it is related to pressure.

My 2012 F450 has 198k on it. Valve bodies replaced about 40k ago. The trannie was a bit loose, it took alot of time to shift from park to drive and reverse. I towed a light load across the country many times (7k box trailer) and was very different when warm. Just replaced the trannie with a factory box. About 7,000. for the effort.
