According to my dealer:

"Effective 4/26, The Navigation system (58N) is no longer available on models listed due to shortages in the market."

Right now, all trucks and some car models. (read; all lower volume sales)

I had heard the same thing from my Ford parts guy. Has to do with Japan and the Earthquake/Tsunami damages.

I'd betcha there's guna be a Lot More "Unavailable/Out of stock/On Back Order" issues.. for awhile.. as the effects trickle down.

Purdy dang sad.. when we can't get parts (or options).. cuz an "Off Shore" maker can't produce'm.. for whatever reasons.

You would think that 'They' would have a back up plan for all parts So they would not miss a beat and possibly profits!
