2008 Super Duty tow mirrors

I'm looking at buying the non-heated, manual tow mirrors for my truck.

Will these go on my truck as a direct replacement?

I can handle the install, but i wanted to know if anyone else had retro-fitted their truck with these cheaper 08 stock replacement mirrors, before I bought them. I know there is a tow mirror retrofit kit available, but it's EXPENSIVE.

Also, if anyone knows some place to get these mirrors cheaper, let me know

We just discussed this ,, cheap isn't the way to go ,, Ford OEM is the best
The last discussion was about the quality and shakiness of the cheap ones
that being said the only issues on retrofitting seems to be with the wiring , so you will be fine with no electronics

I just noticed the link didn't work.

The mirrors I was looking at are OEM replacements. I just wanted to know if I could fit the 2008 mirrors on my 99, if they'd mount the same way my current ones do.

just so you are cleare those are not OEM quality or made they use that world way too much

the bolt pattern is the same as yours from all the post I have seen ..08 swaps are common amongst all the years

Thanks man, good to know. I'll keep an eye out for ones of better quality. Don't want them falling apart on me :O
