2007 Ford will eliminate a $100 deductible

I heard the same thing yesterday from Prestige Ford while I was looking for another new truck. I couldn't believe it. Engine retains the 5 year 100,000 mile warranty but no deductable. Also new is a 5 year 60,000 mile warranty on the drivetrain. Makes wanting another newer one alot sweeter. Course with my driving habits the warranties would expire due to years. Also if I got a five year loan it would make it a really sweet deal.

there will still be a $100 deductible,but the are upping the Powertrain warranty to 60,000 miles and the engine is still 100,000 miles,so after 60k you cough up the deductible

Ford also offers a five-year, 100,000-mile warranty on its 6.0L Power Stroke diesel engine. Under its new program, Ford will eliminate a $100 deductible attached to that diesel engine warranty

I will have to check again,but I read it from a warranty notice from the Ford mothership,but i will check again,if I am wrong then I apologize beforehand
