2007 f350 6.0 no start

hi dave yes the fuel filters are new and fuel pump I get absolutely no smoke!not even if I go to cranking without letting glowplugs run there course.motor will run on ether.passes relative compression test as well.i almost ready to put in a set of used injectors I have to see if this is all a result of bad injectors. the truck would be little rough on cold starts but would always start even taking about 7 seconds to start. during the 7 second window I reach well over 700 psi within first 3 seconds so I know I have no hpop issues.

No smoke means no combustion and that means no/limited fuel. I know everything is NEW and it seems you have nothing holding back the start. Something is not allowing fuel to be injected or you should have seen smoke. White smoke is what is normally seem during cranking and it smells like diesel fuel. Start here and let us know what you find, if anything. By the way you have to get 500rpm before the injectors will fire. How are your batteries holding up during the starting?

My first thought would be air in the fuel line.
Was system purged?
Are there any signs of air left?

Hi DD - curious where you are with this issue?
After changing my injectors, I couldn't get mine started. Ended up opening up the upper fuel filter cap and discovered the 'bowl' was partially full with bubbles. Cycled the key a few times with the filter cap off and eventually it filled up, placed the cap back on and it started.
Do you wonder if the new fuel pump is 'working' and a connector could be bad? Just because you hear the injectors clicking doesn't mean they have fuel.

Last year on my 04 had about the same problems and when cranking my HPOP showed enough pressure to fire the truck but it would not. I also went through everything like you did first, such as filters, fuel pressure to engine ect only to eventually find out that it was a failing HPOP and apparently I was told that the computer can sometimes generate a phantom reading on crank pressure of the HPOP to fire up the truck sometimes. Took a mechanic with manual gauges to confirm that the HPOP was indeed bad.
