1st...this is a guess, assuming batteries are charged and
the fuel pump is running (and your fuel filters are clean & the
HFCM has been drained of water)...
your model year is indicative of a problem w/ the HPOP
connector <leak down> (2005-2007 trucks were affected)
your dealer should check the HPOP pressure as supplied
by the
ICP .
the MINIMUM required pressure developed by the HPOP
required (to start the truck) is 500 psi and thing less is,
less then 500psi and the truck will crank w/out starting.
SOMETIMES if its a "slow" leak...you can CRANK it long
enough to build the pressure enough to start...but your
problem will eventually need attn. & repair.
there is a TSB on the HPOP connector...
FORD Dr. HPOP Connector Bracket TSB
there are improvements on the TSB connector...you might
want to seek this part out for yourself (international truck
dealers should have 'em)...and INTERNATIONAL part numbers
are listed in this document -->
