2006 King Ranch Thing

Been looking at a 2006 F-350 King Ranch. On the passanger side on the bottom left of the glove box there is a like a plastic hook molded into into the dash. It looks like its to hang something. What is it? It doesnt tell you in the owners manual and the owner doesn't know either.

Yeah it is a hook. Ford put it there so you could hang stuff off of it like a small bag for trash etc. I have never used it and have never really come up with anything that it could be used for. I don't know exactly when it was changed but I believe there was an ashtray there before the hook in the earlier trucks.

Yep those little trashbags you get at the carwash hang there perfectly. Course its quite a stretch to throw anything in it while driving.

That is an awsome idea there Robert I could never figure what it was used for or anything to do with it.

I've got my little CB mounted there in front of it. Space is limited for the radio with two shifters on the floor and the bucket-console setup.
