Greetings all-
I took a long lunch and made it down to the Auto show today and took some pics of things that I wanted to see- perhaps some of you wanted to see them too!

I got pics of the Super Chief- a VERY neat looking concept vehicle. In the theme of a frieght train, the thing is HUGE! The silver was hard to photo. The bed drawer looks like a neat idea. The hood tipping forward would be SO nice working on our trucks. The neon like tail lighting looks better in person. The grille is HUGE! You could reach up to the turntable and move the tailgate with the push of a couple of fingers.
I got some pics of the 6.0 cutaway motor. I really like cutaways and this was really neat looking. I got some neat pics of the components. I got some pics of the Escape Hybrid motor too.
I got to see the current PSD SD's. Honestly, after sitting in a shiny Red one just like my truck the only thing I really wished I had in mine are the upfitter switches and the console. I finaly saw a King Ranch in person. I did like the seats.
There are a few more pics- VW stuff mostly. The Paris-Dakar rig was neat, as was the DARPA challenge winner. Read more about that here- http://www.darpa.mil/GRANDCHALLENGE/
I wish I had more time to walk around, but frankly, I did not care to look at Toyotas and Nissans.
